WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between July 19 and July 23:
• Keith Lee, 36, of 1446 Forest Ave., Portland, turned himself in on an active arrest warrant charging operating after habitual offender revocation, with one prior, at 11:21 a.m. July 19. Lee was able to post bail and was released. He was given a Sept. 8 court date at York District Court.
• Travis Greenwood, 29, of 21 Roberts St., Apt. C, Sanford, was arrested on two outstanding warrants following a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 8:56 p.m. July 19. He was also arrested for possession of a schedule W drug (suboxone). Greenwood was unable to post bail and was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred. He was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Scott Thompson, 37, of 52 Pico Road, Lyme, New Hampshire was arrested for operating under the influence following an investigation into a traffic collision on Post Road at 10:24 p.m. July 19. Thompson was able to post bail and was released. He was given an Oct. 11 court date at York District Court.
• Graham Duval, 30, of 281 Brighton Hill Road, Minot, was arrested for unlawful possession of a Schedule W drug (heroin) and violation of conditions of release following a traffic stop on Post Road at 11:25 p.m. July 20. He was unable to post bail and was transported to the York County Jail. He was given an Oct. 11 court date at York District Court.
• Joan Ruby, 78, of 1372 Post Road. Apt. 5B, Wells, was summonsed for failure to stop for an officer on Sanford Road following a traffic stop at 1:54 p.m. Friday. She was given an Oct. 11 court date at York District Court.
• Khan Nangyal, 25, of 14 Strafford Ave., Apt. 315, Durham, New Hampshire, was arrested for unlawful sexual touching and assault following an investigation into a complaint on Post Road at 1:38 p.m. Saturday. He was able to post bail and was released. He was given an Oct. 11 court date at York District Court.
• Dylan Woodman 21, of 6 Foothill Lane, Sanford, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license following a traffic stop on Swamp John Road at 3:29 p.m. Sunday. He was given an Oct. 11 court date at York District Court.
