WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between July 5 and July 9:
• Matthew Gregorio, 29, of 310 W. Emerson St., Melrose, Massachusetts, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol after a complaint was made at the Irving gas station at 2:55 p.m. July 5. He was released on personal recognizance bail and given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court. Later that evening, at 6:19 p.m., Gregorio was arrested for criminal trespass at the Cumberland Farms gas station after a complaint was made. He was transported to York County Jail in Alfred and was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• James Brosseau, 21, of 22 West Pleasant St., Westbrook, was summonsed for displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate after a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 8:08 p.m. July 5. He was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Jonah Pace, 20, of 35 Boush St., Kittery, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol and violation of conditions of release following a traffic stop on Post Road at 10:45 p.m. July 6. He was released on personal recognizance bail and was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Thomas Macgregor, 25, of 77 Chick Road, Sanford, was summonsed for failure to register a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Mile Road at 12:54 p.m. July 7. He was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Natasha Oelschlager, 30, of 1661 Post Road, Wells, was arrested on an extraditable arrest warrant out of New Hampshire and was charged with fugitive from justice at 2:21 p.m. July 7. She was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court and was transported to York County Jail.
• Paige Barbour, 22, of 84 Hamlyn Drive, Wells, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant charging violation of bail following a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 6:41 p.m. Saturday. She was released on bail and given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Stefanie Demarco-Labozzetta, 28, of 481 Hillside Drive, Mooresville, North Carolina, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop on Post Road at 11:48 p.m. Saturday. She was released on personal recognizance bail and given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Jonlawrence Vose, 28, of 1135 Bragdon Road, Apt. 10, Wells, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear on an operating after auspension charge following a traffic stop on Swamp John Road at 12:27 p.m. Sunday. He was released on bail and given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Ronald Eastman, 81, of 28 Glendale Road, Scotia, New York, was summonsed for operating without a license and attaching false plates following a traffic stop on Mile Road at 3:48 p.m. Sunday. He was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
