CHICAGO. Ill. — Singrid Marie Wiley was born May 26 in Chicago, Illinois, and is the daughter of Alla Spivak and U.S. Navy Commander Thomas J. Wiley IV.
Grandparents are Berta Spivak of Chicago and the late Sam Spivak, Thomas J. Wiley III of Nova Scotia, Canada, and Dusty and Joe Guarino of Old Orchard Beach.
