ONEONTA, N.Y. — A student from Old Orchard Beach was among graduates completing studies in May from Hartwick College in New York
Daphne M. Allen of Old Orchard Beach received her degree during commencement ceremonies at the school May 27.
Hartwick College is a private liberal arts and sciences college of 1,500 students, located in Oneonta, New York in the northern foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Its expansive curriculum emphasizes an experiential approach to the liberal arts.
