SANFORD —The following people were arrested or summonsed by Sanford Police from June 8 through June 16:

• Todd L. Cushman Jr., 29, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension and violating conditions off release at 10:04 a.m. June 8 on Lebanon Street.

• Gary Dean Taylor, 30, 6 Rankin St, Apt. 6 was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and violation of conditions of release at 11:16 a.m. on Brook Street June 8.

• Heather R. Nelson, 32, 2 Manor Circle, Apt. 4, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft at 11:30 a.m. June 8 on Main Street.

• Sarah Beth Allen. 28, 159 River St., Sanford, was issued a summons charging driving without a license at 10:49 a.m. June 9 on Lenox Street.

• Charles Patrick Brannen, 48, 9A Knox Court, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia at 12:31 p.m. June 9.

• Cole Ross, 20, 70 Grammar St., was issued a summons charging disorderly conduct on Main Street at 7:36 p.m. June 9.

• Edward Jeffrey Hawkins, 24, 22 Payne St., was arrested on a warrant at 8:36 p.m. June 9 on Payne Street. As well, he was charged with assault.

• A 16-year-old was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft on Main Street at 2:10 p.m. June 10.

• Shaun M. Mariano, 37, 5 Kirk St., Apt. E was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a crash on New Dam Road at 8:51 p.m. June 10.

• Paige M. Barbour, 21, 84 Hamlyn Drive, Wells, was arrested and charged with harassment and violating conditions of release at 9:30 p.m. on High Street.

• Sarah Legg, 35, 25 Spring Hill Drive, was issued a summons charging she drove with a suspended registration at 11:40 a.m,. June 11 on main Street.

• Dawn L. Webber, 43, 107 Water St., Newfield, and Gertrude F  Webber 27 Male St., Limerick, were issued summonses charging shoplifting theft on Main Street at 4:42 p.m. June 14. 

• Eugene Sperry, 32, 37 Prescott St.  was issued a summons charging he left the scene of an accident at 6:08 p.m. June 15 on Main Street.

• Alexis D. Anatra, 22, 2 Alpine Drive was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at 12:59 a.m. June 16 at the intersection of Main and Lincoln streets.

• Scott Brown, 41, 5B Bougie Lane, was arrested on a warrant at 8:06 a.m. on Island Avenue June 16.

• William B. Yates, 60, P.O. Box 2705 Kennebunkport, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on New Dam Road at 7:36 p.m. June 16.
