
He was born in Eagle Lake on July 23, 1932, to Samuel and Alice (Bouchard) Michaud.
He worked various jobs throughout his life. He loved to dance and sing. He was a carefree soul and enjoyed his life, a very colorful character.
He was predceded in death by: his first wife, Marie Peters; second wife, Gabriel (Davis) Michaud; brother, Edward Michaud; sister, Dora Belanger; and granddaughters, Laurie Johnson and Amanda Lee Michaud.
He is survived by: two sons, Gregory P. Michaud Sr. and his wife, Lorelei, of Hollis, and Randy Michaud and his partner, Barbara Colman, of Saco; two daughters, Melinda Crockett and her partner, Ben Sheehan, of Rockland, and Cynthia Michaud and her partner, Kenneth Brown, of Westbrook; a sister, Clara Belanger of Biddeford; brother, Roy Michaud of Florida; grandchildren, Chris, Greg Jr., Angie, Maddox, Ralph III, Sommer, Robert, Jackie; great-grandchildren, Tianna, Owen, Dan, Rhyden, Evan, and Lucas; also many nieces and nephews.
Service and burial will be held at Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 83 Stanley Road, Springvale, Maine.
A celebration gathering of his life will be planned for a later date.
