TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat High School jayvee baseball team defeated Morse, 11-2, this past Friday.
Cameron Letourneau led the 12-hit attack with two doubles. Ben Freeman, Will Kavanaugh and Nate Taylor each singled twice. Austin Damon, Dan Pratt and Jacob Laurence added a single each. Jordan Douglas and Issak Flaming singled for Morse
Devin Tobin, Ben Freeman and Kavanaugh combined for 10 strikeouts and two hit batters for Mt. Ararat. Morse pitchers combined for three strikeouts and four walks.
