LEBANON — A Rochester, New Hampshire, suspect was arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle, a Class C felony, after a resident reported to Maine State Police that a man was breaking into a vehicle parked in a driveway last week.

York County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived on scene at about 1 a.m. May 11 and found Andrew Bleyl, 30, whom police said was actively breaking into the vehicle.

Troopers said a window in the vehicle had been smashed in and the glovebox had been ripped out of the vehicle.

He was arrested and charged and taken to the York County Jail in Alfred, where bail was set at $2,500.
