BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between April 27 and May 2:

• Michael Paul Jeffrey, 26, of Dover, New Hampshire, was arrested for shoplifting at the Biddeford Gateway Shopping Center and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release at 12:39 p.m. April 16.

• Victoria Burnham Stevens, 18, of Saco, was cited for driving without a license in the vicinity of Pool and Middle streets at 12:34 a.m. April 27.

• Brad Everett Elwell, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 2:54 a.m. April 27.

• A 14-year-old was cited for theft and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 9:24 a.m. April 27.

• Belinda Jo Sutton, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 3:01 p.m. April 27.

• A 17-year-old was cited and charged with illegally transporting drugs by a minor in the vicinity of Alfred Street at 11:18 p.m. April 27.

• Robert William Hampton, a 45-year-old transient, was cited for trespassing at 11:47 p.m. April 27. He was later arrested and charged with domestic violence terrorizing with priors at 12:40 a.m. Friday.

• Steven Rendell Sayles, 30, of Everett, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and violating conditions of release on South Street at 1:24 a.m. Friday. 

• Alison Mary Katherine, a 21-year-old transient, was arrested and charged with obstructing government administration at 1:24 a.m. Friday.

• Miranda B. Hammon, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol on South Street at 1:32 a.m. Friday.

• Lamont Sonny Collins, 45, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 9:22 a.m. Friday.

• Jason Edwin Henderson, 33, a transient, was arrested on Elm Street and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting), unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, sale and/or use of drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants at 10:15 a.m. Friday. 

• Ryan Daniel Bezio, 25, a transient, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Friday.

• Shaun Michael Barry, 26, of Kennebunk, was summonsed for assault at 6:59 p.m. Friday.

• Shawn M. Andrews, 26, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the vicinity of Bacon and Hill streets at 1:08 a.m. Saturday.

• Kelly Erin Bineau, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, loud and unreasonable noise and harassment by telephone at 2:12 a.m. Saturday.

• Gatouch Lul Pan, 19, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting), refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop), minor possessing liquor and violating conditions of release at 6:42 a.m. Saturday.

• Devin Michael Ouellette, 21, of Biddeford, was summonsed for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release at 9:22 a.m. Saturday.

• Aaron Kalsey Harrison, 25, of Biddeford, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license in the vicinity of Pearl and Elm streets at 12:33 p.m. Saturday.

• Eric Scott Faulkingham, 37, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) at 3:54 p.m. Saturday.

• Clifford Michael West, 51, of Biddeford, was summonsed for assault at 5:53 p.m. Saturday.

• Nicholas J.D. Ramsey, 20, of Scarborough, was summonsed for a minor consuming liquor at 9:15 p.m. Saturday.

• Kristin Lee Bourget, 35, of Biddeford was arrested on Elm Street and charged with domestic violence assault at 9:40 p.m. Saturday.

• Sean Kamszik, 18, of Biddeford, was summonsed for the sale and/or use of drug paraphernalia on Fortunes Rocks Road at 1:10 a.m. Sunday.

• Kevin Gilpatrick Hamilton, 25, of Biddeford, was summonsed for refusal to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) on South Street at 1:20 a.m. Sunday. Hamilton was later arrested at 2:31 a.m. for disorderly conduct and loud, unreasonable noise.

• Nicholas Jon Norton, 19, of Medway, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault; possession of a revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent I.D.; and as a minor consuming liquor on Hills Beach Road at 1:39 a.m. Sunday.

• Tiara Ann Pannek, 28, of Puyallup, Washington, was arrested and charged with violating a protection from abuse order and violating conditions of release at 3:25 p.m. Sunday.

• Robert William Hampton, a 45-year-old transient, was arrested on Franklin Street and charged with domestic violence terrorizing with priors at 7:04 p.m. Sunday.

• Michael Lee Happy Happersett, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested on Elm Street and charged with aggravated assault at 8:01 p.m. Sunday.

• Donald Gary Babb, a 42-year-old transient, was arrested following a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Main and Foss streets and charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license with priors and violating conditions of release at 8:24 a.m. Monday.

• Deborah Lee Vovolakis, 52, of Biddeford, was arrested on warrants and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) at 4:54 p.m. Monday.

• Marquis Haavon Hill, 31, of Waterbury, Connecticut, was arrested for aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug at 4:47 a.m. Tuesday.

• Bryan Edward Langlais, 46, of Biddeford, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license on Crescent Street at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday.

• Joshua James Williams, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 3:54 p.m. Tuesday.

• Michael Richard Vanetten Jr., 21, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, using offensive words and gestures and refusing to submit to arrest or detention at 8:07 p.m. Tuesday.
