BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — The Portland Sea Dogs scored twice in the top of the 10th inning, including the go-ahead run on an infield single by Jordan Procyshen, to beat the Binghamton Rumble Ponies 2-0 on Tuesday at NYSEG Stadium.
Rafael Devers started the rally with a single, then was lifted for pinch-runner Aneury Tavarez. Nick Longhi followed with a single, sending Tavarez to third.
Procyshen gave Portland (7-4) the lead with an infield single and Longhi scored on a wild pitch.
Portland starting pitcher Teddy Stankiewicz allowed three hits, walked one and struck out five in six scoreless innings.
Austin Maddox and Jamie Callahan both pitched two innings for Portland.
Binghamton (5-6) starter P.J. Conlon also pitched six scoreless innings.
