BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between March 30 and April 5.

• Steven Polches, 41, was arrested in Saco after he made a complaint of harassment from his ex-girlfriend on March 30. When speaking with officers, Polches admitted to damaging the woman’s vehicle. He was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief and taken to the York County Jail in Alfred.

• Richard R. Binette, 78, of Biddeford, was summonsed for shoplifting at Hannaford on March 30.

• Heather K. Stanley, 46, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on March 30. She was unable to post bail and transported to York County Jail.

• Joseph R. Bayley, 38, of Biddeford was arrested on an outstanding warrant and transported to the county jail on March 31.

• Chris D. Gadway, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon after an incident on Main Street on March 31. Gadway was unable to post bail and was transported to York County Jail.

• Tiara A. Pannek, 28, of Puyallup, Washington, was arrested for violation of a protection from abuse order after an officer witnessed a verbal argument on Main Street on April 1. Bail was not allowed for the violation and Pannek was transported to York County Jail.

• Chelsea P. Gaouette, 24, of Springvale, was summonsed for operating with a suspended license and violating conditions of release after an officer responded to a motor vehicle crash on Main Street on April 1.

• Aite Gutierrrez, 24, of Biddeford, was stopped and charged with operating without a license on Sunday.

• Mark L. Heikkinen, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants and transported to the county jail on Sunday.

• Donald L. Dery, 62, of Saco, was arrested for operating under the influence at Marblehead Boat Launch on Sunday. He submitted to a blood draw and was bailed from the station on personal recognizance.

• Adrianna L. Tolman, 19, was arrested for violating conditions of release after an officer observed her entering the 7B Corner Store with a male, with whom she was ordered to not have contact, on Sunday. She was not allowed bail and was transported to the York County Jail.

• Roger G. Daigle, 54, was arrested for violation of conditions of release on Monday. He was transported to York County Jail.

• Javere R. Shaw, 26, of Biddeford, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Walmart on Monday.

• Ross O. Saunders, 61, of Saco, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford on Monday.

• Joshua D. Tellier, 35, of Lyman, was arrested on outstanding warrants and charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Monday. He was unable to post bail and transported to the county jail in Alfred.
 
• Benjamin B. York, 37, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim on Tuesday. He was not allowed bail and transported to York County Jail.

• Anthony M. Banks, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He could not post bail and was transferred to York County Jail.

• Mark T. Mahoney, 52, of Biddeford, and arrested and charged with domestic violence assault following an incident earlier in the day Wednesday. He was unable to post bail and taken to York County Jail.

• Kelsey R. Stevens, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was unable to post bail and transported to York County Jail.
