BATH — Marjia Medenica had herself a game recently, tallying 24 points as the Morse High School jayvee girls basketball team edged Medomak Valley, 38-34, at Bath Middle School.
In a close game throughout, the Panthers led 9-8 after a quarter before the Shipbuilders (4-11) grabbed a 16-15 halftime edge and a 22-18 lead after three quarters.
Dory Kulis chipped in 10 points in the win.
Cheyene Nash paced Medomak with nine points.
