LEWISTON — Ainsley Bryant scored 23 points, including five 3-pointers, and picked up 10 steals as the Mt. Ararat High School jayvee girls basketball team slipped past Lewiston, 42-38, recently.
The Eagles, who improved to 7-7, also received 10 points and four steals from Alexa Eaton and nine boards from Theresa Breed, who also made a late free throw to put the Blue Devils away.
Kassidy Dixon picked up a key 3-pointer for Mt. Ararat, while Grace Liedman chipped in eight points.
Meg Theriault paced Lewiston with nine points.
