OLD ORCHARD BEACH – This particular Park Avenue location is not to be confused with any big-city addresses, and thank goodness for that. Because the property is just a 10-minute walk to what is often called Maine’s finest beach. And offered for sale at just $215,000, it’s totally affordable, too.
