TOPSHAM — State Sen. Vitelli, D-Arrowsic, and state Rep. Tepler, D-Topsham, will be holding joint office hours this Saturday, Jan. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Library Gallery at the Topsham Public Library on 25 Foreside Road. No RSVP is required, and meetings are open to anyone who would like to voice their opinion and share their concern on state or personal matters. It is an opportunity to have an open dialogue with local legislators.
