Dawna Hannan, vice president of human resources and regulatory affairs at Oxford Networks, was inducted in the Telephone Association of New England’s Hall of Fame.

Hannan has been in the telecommunications industry for 35 years. She joined Oxford Networks in 1994 and currently serves on the board of directors for the Telecommunications Association of Maine.

Justin Grimes, general manager of two Kennebunkport Resort Collection properties, Hidden Pond and The Tides Beach Club, was recognized by Hotel Management in its 2016 class of “Thirty under 30.

Both properties were recognized in the top 10 “Top Resorts in New England” in the 2016 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.

Under Grimes’ management, Hidden Pond and the Tides Beach Club have been awarded several industry accolades.

Michael Cardello, a pilot for American Airlines, was recently honored with more than 200 employees celebrating at least 45 years of service and 35 or more years as pilots because of the mandatory retirement age.

Cardello, of Cumberland Foreside, is retiring with 35 years of service to American Airlines.

Earle W. Noyes & Sons Moving Specialists in Portland, an agent of United Van Lines, was recognized for its exceptional achievement.

The company received the following recognitions from United Van Lines: The President’s Club Award at the $2 million level; The Performance Excellence Award; and the Customer Choice Award, which was presented to United agents achieving exceptional service scores on the basis of post-move surveys completed by customers.

DMM Inc. announced it has achieved the G7 Master Qualification awarded by Idealliance, a not-for-profit industry group dedicated to guiding print production best practices, specifications and standards worldwide.

DMM specializes in document output both for transactional print and direct mail execution.

Harriman, a design and engineering firm with offices in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, received six academic design awards for four Maine projects from American School and University and Learning by Design.

The firm was recognized for its academic design of projects at Colby College, the University of Southern Maine, Maine Academy of Natural Sciences at Good Will-Hinckley and Wentworth Intermediate School.

The Portland Water District was recently awarded the certificate of achievement for excellence in financial reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association. The certificate is the highest form of recognition for governmental accounting and financial reporting.
