David Cooper has joined the company in the newly created role of chief technology officer, according to a news release from the company. Quarterly revenue was $7.7 million higher than analysts expected and up 27.3 percent from $226.1 million in the third quarter of 2015.
The company has invested heavily in technology as it expanded into new markets such as health care and travel.
Cooper earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and microprocessor systems from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
