Stonewall Kitchen of York is voluntarily recalling some of its pancake and waffle mixes after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration found traces of salmonella at the facility where an ingredient in the mixes is made.

The FDA said it found traces salmonella at the facility that supplies an ingredient for the powdered buttermilk used in the mixes.

The recalled products are Stonewall Kitchens’ cinnamon apple pancake and waffle mix with use-by dates of 15Feb18 and 16Feb18; the orange cranberry pancake and waffle mix with a use-by date of 09Feb18 and toasted coconut pancake and waffle mix with a use-by date of 30Nov17. All of the recalled mixes are in 16 ounce containers.

The FDA said no bacteria has been found in the products, there have been no reports of anyone suffering an illness and no complaints have been received. The recall is “out of an abundance of caution,” the FDA said.

Consumers with the affected products should contact Stonewall Kitchen by email at guestservices@stonewallkitchen.com or by phone at (800) 826-1735 for refund instructions and any further information.

Check the FDA website for more information about the recall.
