
Travis grew up in Bath and attended Bath schools. He enjoyed fishing, skateboarding, disc golfing and being with his friends and loved ones. Travis also enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Riley Winchenbach and her mother, Savannah Reed.
He was predeceased by his mother, Muriel Winchenbach on August 18, 2016.
He is survived by father, Gary Palmer, stepmother, Debbie Palmer, both of Bath, his brothers, Brent Palmer of Bath and Dale Boyington of Waldoboro and his sister, Tonya Palmer of Bath.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Middle Street, Bath. Burial will be in the spring of 2017.
Arrangements are by Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High Street, Bath.
