
She was born Aug. 9, 1930, in Biddeford, a daughter of Ovide and Rose (Binette) Petit and was educated in Biddeford schools.
On Jan. 15, 1949, she married Joseph E. Bourgeault at St. Joseph’s Church. Mrs. Bourgeault had been employed for 10 years at York Heel Co. in Saco and then for 20 years at Fiber Materials Inc., retiring in 1995.
She was preceded in death by; her husband Joseph E. Bourgeault on March 18 of this year; daughter Linda Malloy, great granddaughter Kaitlyn K. Bourgeault, and her sisters Lillian Labelle and Dorothy Paquette.
She is survived by: two sons, Leo E. Bourgeault and his wife Kathie of Saco, and Roger P. Bourgeault and his wife Jane of Charlotte, North Carolina; three daughters, Lillian Camire and her husband Steve of Saco, Nancy Pyer and her husband Roger of Biddeford and Pearl Veilleux and her husband Mario of Biddeford; 17 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016 at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Biddeford.
