OGUNQUIT — The third annual Brew Fest at the Ogunquit Playhouse will take place 5-7 p.m. Oct. 21, rain or shine. This year’s event will have with more brewers serving up samples of craft beers in the playhouse’s limited edition souvenir pint glass. As an ode to Oktoberfest, hot brats and pretzels will be served to complement the beer while listening to live rock ‘n roll from The Dirt Boys from York.
The event will be held at the Ogunquit Playhouse Garden Tent, $10 at box office or $35 per person day of the event, if tickets are available.
Every ticket buyer will automatically be entered into a raffle.
In order to be admitted to the event, attendees must be at least 21 years old.
All proceeds will benefit the Ogunquit Playhouse Foundation, which directly supports the production of playhouse shows, its educational programming, and the maintenance and preservation of the National Historic Register theatre.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
