Summonses

10/14 at 4 p.m. Heidi O’Rourke, 49, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Hemlock Hill Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

10/15 at 2:10 p.m. Alexander Rosengren, 35, of North Windham, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/16 at 3:40 p.m. Jacob Key-Maginnis, 24, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
