ARLINGTON, Texas — The rookie-led Dallas Cowboys keep winning without Tony Romo and Dez Bryant.

Ezekiel Elliott ran for 134 yards and two touchdowns, fellow rookie Dak Prescott threw for a score and ran for another TD, and the Cowboys beat the Cincinnati Bengals 28-14 on Sunday for their fourth consecutive victory.

“Zeke ran really, really well, but a big part of this game was the efficiency of our passing game,” Coach Jason Garrett said. “Dak read things out well, threw it to the right guy and was accurate. … He’s grown with the experience he gets. He’s goes about it the right way. We’re lucky to have him.”

Without Romo, who hasn’t played yet after his fourth back injury in four years, the Cowboys (4-1) have already matched their victory total from a year ago. Bryant has missed two games because of a hairline fracture in his right knee.

The Bengals (2-3) have a losing record a year after being 8-0 midway through the season.

“Everybody needs to take a deep look at their self,” said Bengals cornerback Adam Jones.

Prescott committed his first turnover, a fumble when he was sacked late in the third quarter. But the fourth-round draft pick was 18 of 24 passing for 227 yards, and extended his NFL record to 155 passes without an interception to start a career.

Elliott, on only 15 carries, became the first Cowboys rookie with three consecutive 100-yard rushing games. He also had three catches for 37 yards.

LIONS 24, EAGLES 23: Matt Prater kicked a 29-yard field goal with 1:28 left and Darius Slay made an over-the-shoulder interception on the next snap, helping host Detroit (2-3) hand Eagles rookie quarterback Carson Wentz his first loss.

The Eagles (3-1) turned the ball over for the first time this season with 2:34 remaining when Ryan Mathews fumbled on a hit by Slay.

Matthew Stafford set up the winning kick by converting a third-and-4 from the Eagles 39 with a perfectly placed pass to Golden Tate, who drew an unnecessary roughness penalty on Malcolm Jenkins.

WASHINGTON 16, RAVENS 10: Washington (3-2) used an 85-yard punt return by Jamison Crowder and an uncharacteristically strong performance by its defense to win at Baltimore (3-2).

BILLS 30, RAMS 19: Nickell Robey-Coleman returned an interception 41 yards for a touchdown, LeSean McCoy rushed for 150 yards, and visiting Buffalo (3-2) got its third consecutive win.

Robey-Coleman stepped in front of rookie receiver Pharoh Cooper and strolled down the sideline to put the Bills ahead 23-16 in the third quarter.

Robey-Coleman added another interception in the final minutes as Buffalo stopped a three-game winning streak for the Rams (3-2).

RAIDERS 34, CHARGERS 31: Derek Carr threw a go-ahead 21-yard touchdown pass to Michael Crabtree on a fourth-and-2 gamble and added another TD pass to Amari Cooper to lead Oakland (4-1) to a win at home against mistake-prone San Diego (1-4).

The Chargers committed four turnovers and botched the hold on a potential tying field goal with about two minutes left.

TITANS 30, DOLPHINS 17: Marcus Mariota threw for three touchdowns and ran for another score, helping visiting Tennessee (2-3) overcome a handful of big plays by Miami (1-4).

Mariota bounced back with a strong game after totaling three interceptions and no TD passes in losses the past two weeks. He went 20 of 29 for 163 yards with no interceptions, and ran seven times for 60 yards.

COLTS 29, BEARS 23: Andrew Luck threw a 35-yard TD pass to T.Y. Hilton with 3:43 left to lift Indianapolis (2-3) to a win at home.
