BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Junior High School seventh- and eighth-grade boys soccer teams faced Tripp on Thursday.

In the eighth-grade contest, the Huskies rolled to a 5- 1 win behind two goals from Cal Doherty.

Lucas Sprio, Sean Lyne and Griffin Bannon each chipped in a goal, and the midfield work of Brunswick’s Lane Foushee and Grady Suhr, along with goaltender Henry Burnham made it tough on Tripp.

Colin MacKinnon was named “Man of the Match,” holding Tripp’s leading scorer Sergio Cervantes off the scoreboard.

The Brunswick seventh-graders tallied seven goals in a 7-0 victory.
