RICHMOND — Residents Wednesday night are invited to Enterprise Grange No. 48 in Richmond to meet the local candidates running for state legislative positions.
The public will get a chance to ask questions of each of the candidates and should gather at 6:30 p.m. at the grange. .
Invited to participate are William Neilson, D-Arrowsic and Jeffrey Pierce, R-Dresden, who are facing off for House District 53 (Arrowsic, Dresden, Georgetown, Phippsburg, Woolwich and part of Richmond); Democrat Seth Berry and Republican Brian Hobart, both of Bowdoinham, running for House District 55 (Bowdoin, Bowdoinham and Richmond); and Guy Lebida, R-Bowdoin and Eloise Vitelli, D-Arrowsic who are running for Senate District 23 to represent Sagadahoc County and Dresden.
Each candidate has four minutes to give an introduction. The public will have one minute to ask a question, which each candidate will answer.
The Enterprise Grange is located at 15 Alexander Reed Road in Richmond.
