9/10 at 1:24 p.m. James Payne, 48, of Lawrence Street, Westbrook, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kerry Libby on charges of operating under the influence, assault, leaving the scene of an accident and operating beyond license conditions.

9/11 at 9:07 p.m. Vanessa Delano, 27, of Juniper Ledge, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Shawn Miles on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.

9/8 at 2:35 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Cumberland, was issued a summons at Portland Street and Mayberry Lane by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
