CONY — The Mt. Ararat High School boys junior varsity soccer squad used a pair of goals from Jason Halliday to knock off Cony, 3-1 recently.
Halliday’s goals were assisted by Ryan Glass and Lucas Piatt, while Alex Bryant scored on a cross from Nate Taylor.
Trista Burch, Jax Hollenbach, Thomas Davidson, George Bien, Cyrus Warren and Kody Noise played well for the Eagles.
Mitchell Surace (two saves) and Jake Laurence (two saves) split time in net.
Mt. Ararat (2-1) hosts Brunswick today.
