Farmers and artisans market
The Farmers and Artisans Market at Steep Fall Library will be concluding its summer season on Saturday, Sept. 3 (Labor Day weekend). The market began 10 years ago at Steep Falls Park at the corner of routes 11 and 113. After the first two seasons, the vendors opted to move down the street to the grounds of the Steep Falls Library. Vendor fees directly support the library throughout the year, Market vendors contribute products to the library raffles and the annual Library Craft Fair. This year’s Craft Fair will be extended to two days, both Friday and Saturday, Nov. 24-25. The vendors would like to extend their thanks to the community for its patronage. Supporting the market means supporting the library.
