The Portland Plastic Pipe senior men’s softball team are 2016 Greater Portland champs after capping a 21-1 season with an 8-6 victory over Pleasantdale on Thursday night, Aug. 4. The Pipe team has taken the league crown three of the last four years, compiling an 81-5 record along the way. The team is made up of players from Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, Portland, Westbrook, Gorham, Windham and Augusta.
