Arrests

7/15 at 11:30 a.m. Michelle Maloney, 50, of Race Horse Lane, was arrested by Officer John Dalbec on Race Horse Lane and charged with domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

7/22 at 11:13 p.m. Daryan Saunders, 40, of Gillander Avenue, Auburn, was arrested by Officer Benjamin Burnes in Cumberland on a charge of violating conditions of release.

8/1 at 3 a.m. Harry C. Bishop, 35, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Scott Hendee in Cumberland and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Summonses

7/16 at 5:31 p.m. Todd Donatello, 42, of Geary Way, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Hendee on Gray Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

7/25 at 5:24 a.m. Maria Kiyanitsa, 31, of Church Road, New Gloucester, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Hendee on Skillin Road on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

Lock ’em up

8/1 at 3 a.m. Police were informed of an in-progress vehicle burglary off Foreside Road. Officer Scott Hendee responded and found a man allegedly in the act, and a foot chase ensued. Harry Charles Bishop, 35, of Portland, was charged with burglary to a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. Police ask residents to always remember to lock their homes and vehicles.
