David Hakizimana, 37, of Veranda Street, Portland, was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on Highland Avenue by Officer Aaron Webster on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

July 4
Jebidiah Taylor, 20, of West View Lane, Oxford, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. on Bowery Beach Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of domestic violence assault.

July 5
Adrienne Wade, 37, of Welch Drive, Scarborough, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. at Fort Williams Park by Officer Ben Davis on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Lucas Watson, 22, of Wellington Road, Portland, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Mitchell Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of operating under the influence.

William Kriger, 19, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons at 3 a.m. on Wabun Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charges of possession of alcohol and violating conditions of release.

 A 17-year-old female, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
