WELLS — Wells Public Library will hold a Cupcake Challenge at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 28.
Participants will be challenged to decorate a cupcake based on a mystery theme that will be revealed at the event. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Wells Public Library. To register, call the library at 646-8181.
