Ian Dumond was promoted to a senior accountant. Dumond, of Portland was a tax intern in 2012.
Amy Kronenthal was promoted to a senior accountant after recently achieving her licensing as a CPA. Prior to joining ARB, Kronenthal served as director of finance and human resources for the Migis Hotel Group in Portland. She lives in Portland.

Midcoast Federal Credit Union opened its fifth branch and new corporate headquarters at 186 Lower Main St. in Freeport.
A grand opening celebration will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 23.
