The problem I have with Paul Coulombe’s actions (“Boothbay’s Juggernaut,” June 5) is that his vision of a community seems much more in line with suburban New Jersey than small-town Maine (and honestly, where would you rather live?).
He seems hell-bent on destroying the charm and character of Boothbay, which is quite wonderful, thank you very much. The fact that he would bully a 91-year-old man out of his home (and then subsequently brag about it) speaks volumes.
Sorry, Mr. Coulombe, I didn’t move to Maine for the golf or the marble-clad restaurants. Try to restrain yourself.
