No one was hurt in a fire that destroyed a group home in Windham Saturday night.

The Windham Fire Department responded to the fire at 5 Beaulieu Drive at 9:42 p.m.

The Windham Police Department arrived first to find the home fully involved.

The two residents and one caretaker made it out safely. It took 40 minutes to get the fire under control. There were no injuries.

The Maine Fire Marshal’s Office has been called into investigate, however it does not appear suspicious at this time, said Fire Chief Brent Libby.

Crews from Windham, Cumberland, Raymond and Gorham helped on the scene. Westbrook and Standish provided coverage.
