Westbrook voters on Tuesday approved their $35.2 million school budget and decided to continue holding school budget votes in the future.

They approved the 2016-2017 budget, which is up $1 million from the current budget, 732-218.

Residents voted in favor of continue holding an annual school budget referendum, 821-197.
