Traffic is flowing again on Congress Street near Libbytown after a car overturned following a two-vehicle collision.

Portland police and fire crews responded to the crash about 8:40 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Congress and Lassell streets.

Two ambulances were called to the scene and one person was transported to a Portland hospital, said Portland Fire Deputy Chief Keith Gatreau. Another person was evaluated at the scene by EMS but was not transported, Gatreau said.
