BRUNSWICK
Both the Bowdoin College men’s and women’s tennis teams have earned berths into the NCAA Division III Tournament.
The Polar Bear men will host a Regional at Pickard Courts beginning on Friday. Colby-Sawyer will take on Nichols, with Bowdoin facing the winner on Saturday. Also in the first round, Stevens meets the University of Southern Maine, with the victor facing MIT on Saturday.
Saturday’s winners will meet on Sunday, with the survivor moving on to the Division III team championship in Kalamazoo, Mich., May 23-25.
The Bowdoin women will also be home for a Regional beginning on Thursday.
Farmingdale State will face Gwynedd Mercy, with the winner meeting the Polar Bears on Friday. Also, Colby-Sawyer faces UMass Dartmouth, with Tufts awaiting the winner.
Friday’s victors meet on Saturday, with a trip to Kalamazoo on the line for the team championships May 23-25.
