4/27 at 11:06 a.m. Kimberly Lermond, 33, of Office Drive, Bath, was arrested on Bucknam Road by Officer Matt Fulmer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/27 at 11:16 a.m. Jason Gilliam, 33, of Bluff Road, Bath, was arrested on Bucknam Road by Officer Matt Fulmer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/29 at 12:52 a.m. Gerrard Tiernan, 42, of Winslow Road, was arrested on Winslow Road by Officer Mike Brown on a charge of domestic violence assault.

4/25 at 11:10 a.m. Police responded to a disturbance call at the West Falmouth Hannaford Bros. supermarket, where a juvenile male entered the store and punched a juvenile male employee in the face. Police said it was not random. The victim and the store did not wish to prosecute.

Biking bad

4/28 at 12:38 p.m. A Blackstrap Road resident called police, saying her ex-husband had violated a protection order. She told police she saw him ride by on a bicycle and stick his tongue out at her. Police have sent the matter to the district attorney.
