LEWISTON — Blair Kopp pitched solid, but his Mt. Ararat High School jayvee baseball team dropped its first game with a 2-1 setback to Lewiston recently.
Kopp went the distance on two hits and five strikeouts. Only one of the runs he allowed were earned.
Ryan Glass singled in the Mt. Ararat (2-1) run.
The Eagles visit Skowhegan today.
