BRUNSWICK — Two Topsham men were issued summonses for criminal mischief early Monday morning after allegedly spray painting the downtown area of Brunswick.
Summonsed was 23-year-old James Williams and 20-year-old Brenden Jasper. Both were charged shortly after 4 a.m. with the Class D misdemeanor crime of criminal mischief.
