Leicester misses first chance to clinch title
Leicester missed its first opportunity to clinch the Premier League title, drawing 1-1 at Manchester United to move within two points of the most unlikely championship in English soccer in a generation.
Second-place Tottenham, which is eight points behind Leicester, must beat Chelsea away on Monday to keep the title race alive. Both teams will have two game remaining after Monday.
MLS: Diego Valeri scored on a free kick in the 74th minute to give the Portland Timbers a 2-1 victory over Toronto FC in Portland, Oregon.
The winning goal, which gave Portland a three-match winning streak and snapped Toronto’s three-game undefeated run, came on Valeri’s birthday.
Auto Racing
OPS: Shawn Martin of Turner passed reigning series champ Timmy Brackett of Buckfield five laps before the race was called because of rain to win the Super Late Model feature in Oxford.
Other feature winners were: Bryce Mains of Naples in Street Stocks; Austin Teras of Windham in Legends; Shaun Hinkley of Oxford in the Bandits division; and Kyle Kilgore of South Paris in the Figure 8 division.

NFL: The Chicago Bears parted ways with veteran safety Antrel Rolle.
Rolle said on Twitter that he appreciated the opportunity the Bears gave him and that he is “looking forward to what is next.” The move comes after the Bears drafted two safeties – Deon Bush of Miami in the fourth round and William & Mary’s DeAndre Houston-Carson in the sixth.
n Jacksonville agreed to terms with nine undrafted rookie free agents, including five offensive players.
The team agreed to terms with South Alabama tight end Braedon Bowman, Southern Miss offensive tackle Rashod Hill, Louisiana-Lafayette receiver Jamal Robinson, San Diego State offensive tackle Pearce Slater and Hawaii quarterback Max Wittek.
TENNIS
MADRID MASTERS: Top-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska and second-seeded Angelique Kerber were upset in the opening round.
Radwanska, who replaced Serena Williams as the highest-seeded player after the No. 1-ranked American fell ill Friday, was beaten 4-6, 7-6 (3), 3-6 by Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia.
Barbora Strycova of the Czech Republic defeated Australian Open champion Kerber 6-4, 6-2.
ESTORIL OPEN: Nicolas Almagro recovered from a set down to beat fellow Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta 6-7 (6), 7-6 (5), 6-3 and win the final in Estoril, Portugal.
ISTANBUL OPEN: Unseeded Diego Schwartzman staged a stunning comeback to upset second-seeded Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria 6-7 (5), 7-6 (4), 6-0 and claim his maiden ATP Tour title in Istanbul.
BMW OPEN: Philipp Kohlschreiber defeated Dominic Thiem 7-6 (7), 4-6, 7-6 (4) to win the tournament for the third time, in Munich.
HORSE RACING
KENTUCKY DERBY: Nyquist stepped onto the track at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky for the first time to begin his final preparations for Saturday’s race.
The undefeated colt jogged once around the sloppy oval under exercise rider Jonny Garcia.
Nyquist is expected to be the favorite for the first leg of the Triple Crown.
