The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery that happened Thursday afternoon at the Rite Aid pharmacy on Route 202 in Gray.
A press release issued by the sheriff’s office said a white man with blond hair and a thin build entered the pharmacy around 3:15 p.m. and confronted an employee. The man produced a note demanding narcotics.
Police said he told the employee he had a gun, but no weapon was displayed during the encounter. The man ran from the store with an undetermied amount of prescription narcotics.
The robber, who is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, was wearing a tan Carhardt jacket, tan Carhardt pants, a green hooded sweatshirt and a black mask.
