Oxford Networks recently hired several new executives and senior managers.
Mark VanLoan joined as vice president, customer support.
VanLoan, of Norway, has worked in technology-related fields for more than 30 years focusing on a variety of areas including networking, telecommunications, sales engineering, project management, operations management and customer support.
Wendy Flowers was named a financial and business analyst in the finance department.
Flowers, of Gray, was most recently manager of network operations for Martin’s Point Health Care, and also was manager of finance and planning for Unum, where she was employed for 18 years.
Anthony Pelletier was hired as financial analyst in the finance department.
Pelletier, of Lewiston, was most recently at WEX, where he served as senior tax accountant. He has also served as a lead analyst at Iberdrola, as well as a staff accountant at Austin Associates.
Coastal Enterprises Inc. has hired Betsy Biemann as the organization’s next chief executive officer and Keith Bisson as its new president.
Biemann currently serves as a consultant to FocusMaine and recently completed serving as a project director at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Bisson is CEI’s senior vice president of program management and development.
They will succeed founder, President and CEO Ron Phillips who will retire this spring after 38 years of leading the rural development organization.
