2/29 at 1:07 p.m. Charles A. Briggs, 48, of Wild Briar Drive, Saco, was arrested at Payne Road and Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

3/2 at 3:06 p.m. Anderson B. Johnson, 58, of Winn Road, West Falmouth, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating after habitual offender license revocation. 

3/2 at 10:02 p.m. Tonya M. Joy, 45, of Holmes Road, was arrested on Two Rod Road by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of operating under the influence and unlawfully possession of oxycodone. 

3/3 at 10:02 p.m. Clement E. Bolduc, 45, of Saco Street, was arrested on Two Rod Road by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of violating conditions of release.
