Maine’s average gas prices inched up 3 cents to $1.81 per gallon over the past week, according to surveys by price tracking website GasBuddy.com.

GasBuddy.com reported that average prices have also gone up 2.5 cents a gallon in New Hampshire, to $1.70. In Vermont, the price is up 1.5 cents per gallon from last week, to $1.83.

The national average also now stands at $1.81, up 6.8 cents per gallon since last week.
