The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites students in grades K-12 to participate in the 22nd annual state-wide competition for the Federal Junior Duck Stamp Design Contest on March 15. Entries must be received by March 15 and designs should feature ducks, geese, or swans in their natural habitats. On Saturday, March 26, there will be a celebration of the 2016 contestants at the LL Bean store in Freeport, Maine, from 10-2.
