BATH (AP) — Police say a 70-year-old woman was struck and killed by a coworker’s car as she headed to work in Bath.
It happened Wednesday morning as the woman was crossing Washington Street on her way to work at Bath Iron Works. Police say she died at the scene.
The woman’s identity is being withheld until her family can be notified. Police say the driver has cooperated during the investigation.
