2/1 at 3:29 p.m. Evan Olmsted, 26, of Ocean Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Yankee Drive by Officer Kerry Libby on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

2/6 at 9:05 p.m. James McLaughlin, 33, of Emerson Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Ledge Drive by Officer Joshua Robinson on charges of operating without a license and failure to register a vehicle for 30 to 150 days.
