Kristy McCallum, Donovan’s commanding officer. “Whether working in his rate as a cryptologic technician, or helping the ship with damage control equipment maintenance, I have the highest confidence that he will get the job done right the first time. He inspires his shipmates with his can do attitude and his relentless pursuit of advanced qualifications. Petty Officer Donovan is an outstanding Sailor with unlimited potential and I look forward to watching him excel in his Navy career.”
